Directors of the Australian Orthoptic Board

The AOB is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a nine-person board of directors, all of whom serve in a voluntary capacity. Directors are appointed as follows:
(a) head of the Department of Clinical Vision Sciences, La Trobe University
(b) head of the Discipline of Orthoptics and Applied Vision Sciences of the University of Sydney
(c)three registered orthoptists appointed by the Orthoptic Association of Australia Incorporated
(d) three representatives of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists
(e) one person who is not an orthoptist may also be appointed.
