A renewal invoice and a CPE Claim Form have been mailed to registrants. To apply for a CPE Certificate of Currency return the claim form with your registration renewal. Please note: 2007-2009 Registration expired on 30 September 2009.
Activities are to be submitted for accreditation prior to or within 6 months of the activity date.
